Refund policy

1 · When a refund is possible

You can request a refund from the moment you pay until the moment you download the finished file. If the video has not been delivered yet, or the delivered video does not follow the brief you sent, you are entitled to ask for your money back.

2 · How to request one

Open the order in your panel and use "Request a refund". A short reason is required — it is what the admin reviews. You get an e-mail at each step: received, under review, approved or declined, and paid.

3 · Which rail it returns on

Money returns exactly the way it arrived. Orders paid in AZN are refunded in AZN through our local company; orders paid internationally are refunded in the original currency through the international provider. We never convert between the two.

4 · What is not refundable

• Orders where the clean file has already been downloaded
• Extra revisions beyond the two free ones, once produced
• Changes of mind after the film is delivered and matches the brief
